Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing

Maintain or create a Transaction checklist or system for smooth transaction management

Coordinate inspections, title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes

Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, etc.

Send weekly transaction updates to sellers/buyers

Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance (Smoke Certification included for MA transactions)

Complete commission statement or green sheet for DA creation

Gather utility and maintenance information from the seller for the buyer side

Order Final Readings or Title V

Coordinate Smoke Inspection and get Smoke Certificate <

Coordinate/schedule moving, final walkthroughs, and closings

Create/Apply a post-closing plan for the buyer/seller after the transaction closed
